Dr. Block has authored journal articles and book chapters in professional publications, conducted workshops and lectures for diverse interest groups domestic and abroad. He has been a Visiting Scholar at Northwestern University for seven years; a graduate level adjunct faculty at: University of St. Thomas; Spertus College; National-Louis University; etc.  Dr. Block received his B.A., M.P.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.
